Retired, I worked with the Salinas Union High School District as a Resource Specialist for almost 14 years. I taught primarily learning-disabled and hearing-impaired students, using art as a medium to teach many academic concepts.

Earlier, I taught college-level English as a Second Language, American Sign Language, and Art for Elementary School teachers.

Currently, I am focused on writing and illustrating children's books, especially those dealing with disabilities, and welcome any projects along these lines. My illustrated books, now out of print, are printer-ready and available for publication. Links to the full books with text are available upon request.
